Individual Training Contract

Lyon Bleu International is a certified French organisation of professional training , n° préfectoral : 82 69 07803 69 All French language training at Lyon Bleu is an action of language acquisition or perfecting for anyone who wishes to maintain his/her language level or perfect their knowledge of the French language.
Each registration in Lyon Bleu International is made by the signature on the school registration form which refers to and implies full knowledge and automatic acceptance of the following training contract:

Article 1: Aim of training:
see courses chosen by the student on the registration form

Article 2: Nature and characteristics of the training activity
The training activity falls into the category of training activities provided for by article 900-2 of the French “ Code du Travail”
Objective: acquisition or perfecting for anyone who wishes to maintain his/her language level or perfect their knowledge of the French language.
At the end of classes a certificate of attendance will be provided, on request, to the student mentioning the level of language skills acquired and any observations made by teachers pertaining to the students work.

Article 3: Level of language skills necessary for participation in classes at LBI
French classes are open to all levels (including complete beginners). The level of the student should be indicated on the registration form and will be verified with a mandatory written and oral evaluation before beginning classes.

Article 4: Organisation of the training
Course dates: see registration form.
Maximum number of students possible : see school regulations concerning your chosen courses
Pedagogical methods and means : any activity and any support which can be used to teach the French language to foreign residents.
Verification of knowledge and validation of newly acquired language skills : Continuous grading of submitted work and a certificate of attendance at the end of training.
Teaching is given by personnel qualified and certified for the subject being taught.

Article 5: Deadline for change of mind
As and from the date of reception of a signed registration form and this contract, the student has a maximum of 10 days to change his/her mind by informing Lyon Bleu International of the change in writing and by post (preferably registered letter). In this case, Lyon Bleu considers that no money is due from the student.

Article 6: Financial Information
Prices of training : see the registration form
The student commits his/herself to :
- Paying a minimum of 30% of the totality of the courses registered for, at the moment of registration
- Paying the remaining sum on the first day of classes (as programmed and communicated by Lyon Bleu International)

Article 7: Interruption and Cancellation

Article 8: Litigation and dispute
In the event of litigation which cannot be resolved between Lyon Bleu international and the student, only the courts of Lyon will be considered qualified to judge the matter.
